What can be updated?

How long does a refurbishment take?
It depends on the scope. A full fitout runs about 3 weeks of design, 8 to 10 weeks of execution and 1 to 2 weeks of post-execution work. A refurbishment is scoped after site documentation and research.
Is the budget fixed?
Yes. We work on a fixed-budget commitment.
